CANCELLATION POLICY

Our policy is as follows:


1.  No credit/refund will be given to teams that cancel 14 days before the event begins.
2.  A credit for an entry in a future event will be given for teams who notify the tournament director
    between 59-15 days prior to the start of the event.
3.  We will issue Full Refunds only if canceling from an event 60 days Prior to the event that they are registered to participate in.

   All Sho-me Sports Events are subject to cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case that we have to cancel, we will notify all registrants as soon as possible and refund the registration fees. All hotel reservations, travel, or other cost, are the sole responsibility of the registrants. Therefore, Sho-me Sports will not be held liable for any of those costs incurred in the event of a cancellation. All special requests must be emailed requests and we will help to the best of our abilities and availability, but No requests are guaranteed.
